Below, you will find our commitments so that you can access and enjoy the services provided for you that require your registration in the AMLA Platform and the commitments you acquire when registering.

We invite you to read them freely and consciously since with your access and registration on the platform you are accepting these commitments, therefore, if you do not agree, you should not register.

About us

We are an alliance that aims to consolidate and expand exchanges and opportunities between women leaders and their organizations in a conscious, free, productive and happy way, to consolidate a platform for development and social impact in the Americas. All this, having transversally women entrepreneurs who constitute the main axis of family systems, through the deployment of capacities for education and culture, habitat, financial services with a purpose and employment and entrepreneurship.

AWLA is a non-profit organization.

What is the AWLA platform?

The AWLA Platform is an alliance between women leaders and their organizations, a platform for development and social impact in the Americas.

Who can use the Platform?

  • All people who want to access our platform. You can be affiliated, be a beneficiary of an affiliate or there are even services that you can access, even if you are not affiliated. If you are a minor you must have the authorization of your parents or guardians.
  • The socially conscious companies affiliated to AWLA through their legal representative or the person designated by him. It is important to note that this person must be empowered to contract obligations on behalf of the company.

What can you do here?

This platform is a space to facilitate your access to AWLA either as an affiliated company or as a user of our services. As an affiliate company, the platform allows you to make affiliations, procedures, purchases and use the affiliation verifier service, among others. To have access to these applications, you must request AMLA to enable access to each one.

As an AMLA user, the platform allows you to:

  • Make payments for courses and other activities that you register through our transactional systems.
  • Access information about the different services and events that we have for you such as education and culture, access to financial services, care, habitat services, recreation, travel, employment and entrepreneurship.
  • Enroll in our courses and other activities and services that we offer you.
  • Join as an independent worker.

How do you register?

Although you can access the AMLA website without registering, your registration is necessary to access most of the applications and services that we offer you as a Platform. For this you must have an email and a password or you can do it using your social networks.

Your commitments when using the platform

On this platform we take care of each other and take care of each other, so when you register and create an account, you assume the following commitments:

  • By creating your account you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is very important for us to have this information as this will allow us to offer you the appropriate services and rates.
  • You must protect your account information, especially the password, since you are responsible for the operations carried out through it. Your account is personal, unique and non-transferable.
  • In the event that you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must inform AWLA of what has happened.
  • Use the platform in a conscientious, responsible, respectful way and in accordance with the laws.
  • Respond for the obligations that you acquire when using the applications and the payment gateway. Remember to take security measures such as entering from personal computers, having a strong security password and verifying the security elements of our page, such as the padlock in the browser bar.
  • Respect AMLA’s rights over our trademarks, emblems, logos, and content. You can use our content for your personal use.

Our commitments

For AWLA it is very important that you can enjoy your experience as a visitor to our platform, that is why we are committed to:

  • Guarantee the reservation, security, and confidentiality of your information and only use it for the purposes and treatments that you authorize us or those that the law allows. For more information, we invite you to read our Data Protection Policy. Keep in mind that the authorization to process personal data can be revoked through the different service channels.
  • Inform you of the changes and modifications we make to these terms and conditions.
  • Guarantee that all our contents comply with our commitments regarding ethics and suppress those that violate them.
  • Inform you of the existence of other accounts with your information and cancel, suspend or disable them.
  • We will endeavor to guarantee the quality of the applications and services on our platform. However, AMLA may temporarily or permanently interrupt access to the Platform when it deems it necessary and is not responsible for any damages that may be caused due to technical failures that the platform presents or that arise due to use of the website.
  • Delete your account when you request it. It is important that you bear in mind that deleting your account does not eliminate your affiliation to AMLA or prevent us from continuing to process your personal data to provide you with the services established in the Law, they are independent procedures and you must request each one separately.

  • Process your personal data to design and offer you personalized services and programs from us and from third parties.
  • Verify and analyze you in the different sources or public consultations for the fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations.

  • Store, consult, share, verify, report, update and rectify your personal data within AMLA or before any other national or foreign entity that manages or administers databases, provides verification services or performs risk management analysis.
